in April 23, 1016, Guns N’ Roses kicked off their highly anticipated reunion dates with an explosive show at Coachella full of the magic, attitude, and non-stop good times that you’d expect from these newly reunited LA rockers. With a setlist that included smash hits like “Sweet Child O’ Mine” and “Paradise City,” Guns N’ Roses rocked the crowd of nearly 20,000 and at one point took the night in a direction that rock fans haven’t seen in two decades; during a lull in the show as Axl prepared for “November Rain” backstage, guitarists Slash and Richard Fortus teamed up for a stunning take on Pink Floyd’s iconic “Wish You Were Here,” bringing the crowd to its feet but instead of the cell phones we’re used to seeing, there were lighters in the air!
