Wrap your eyes round The Pink Floyd, a 1975 Storm Thorgerson comic accompanying Pink Floyd’s now-legendary Dark Side of the Moon tour.
As serious as the Dark Side of the Moon subject matter was, anybody who has seen the album’s accompanying document would know that Pink Floyd’s members never took themselves too seriously. A great that was certainly reflected on this comic.
The Pink Floyd is populated by quick tales, one for every member. Roger Waters turns into a champion footballer, Nick Mason turns into a daring ship captain, Rick Wright plays a playboy, and David Gilmour turns into a daring motorcyclist.
However the real gem is a ‘Life Lines’ card, the place every of the members respond to a personality test of some kind. Amongst all of the good answers, I believe we finally have evidence member of the band took drugs, as David Gilmour lists “drugs, booze, girls and many others etc” below his ‘Greatest Weaknesses’.
